Air Radiators has welcomed a new General Manager at our Thailand facility.
Mr Tunwa Wannakomol commenced work on the 9th of April as the new General Manager at Air Radiators Thailand.
With previous experience in process and lean engineering,supply chain strategy and management, and continuous improvement, Tunwa is excited to step into this management role.
“I was attracted to the role as my goal was to return as a plant head and I learnt that Air Radiators Thailand has future growth potential and many opportunities in business processes, production processes and people development,” Tunwa said.
Tunwa’s highlights of the role thus far include seeking new friends and relating their traits, skills and experience to his previous experience.
“My vision is to create continuous improvement culture at Air Radiators Thailand,” Tunwa said.
“I will focus on the people to be more involved in basic improvement activities, while also setting up and standardising ways of working through planned Kaizen events.”
